Pricing
Our prices, in writing
We publish our prices because you shouldn't need a sales call to find out what IT costs. On this page: managed IT rates per user per month, fixed fees for defined projects, and a short list of what will never appear on your bill. For anything larger, you get a written scope and a fixed price before work begins — not after.
Managed IT — priced per user, per month
Essentials
$69/user/mo
We watch and maintain your systems
24/7 automated monitoring, patch management, backup verification
When something breaks: Critical alerts acknowledged within 4 business hours
Standard
$125/user/mo
Most common
We also answer your people
Everything in Essentials + helpdesk (email a problem, get a ticket and an answer) + vendor coordination
When something breaks: Business-down problems: we respond within 1 business hour
Advisory-Managed
$175/user/mo
We also run your security baseline
Everything in Standard + managed security baseline + a quarterly review of where your IT is going
When something breaks: Business-down problems: we respond within 30 minutes
The worked example, so nobody has to do math on a phone: a 10-person office on Standard is 10 × $125 = $1,250 a month. That’s the number.
Managed IT starts at $750/month. Below roughly six people it stops being possible to do this well at per-user prices — so $750 is the floor, whatever your headcount.
Two honest limits. First, every managed relationship starts with the assessment — we don’t quote a tier for systems we haven’t seen. Second, monitoring runs around the clock, but live response is business hours; we don’t sell a 24/7 promise a firm our size can’t keep. Firms that do are usually selling you a call center.
Projects — fixed fees against a written scope
- Operations & Security Assessment (the assessment)
- $3,500 or $4,500, fixed
- Automation Blueprint — buy-vs-build analysis for one process
- $1,500, credited toward the build if you proceed
- Process Automation Quick Win (1–2 processes)
- from $4,000
- Cloud migration planning
- from $1,500
- Employee security training (up to 25 people, phishing test included)
- from $1,200
- Disaster recovery plan
- from $2,000
- Custom software
- typical builds from $5,000 — priced per signed spec, never before one
Where a range appears, the written scope pins the exact number before you sign. If your project would cost less as an off-the-shelf tool, the Blueprint says so — that’s what it’s for.
Ongoing leadership, without the salary
A fractional executive is the 5-to-20-hours-a-month version of a hire most small businesses can’t justify full-time.
Fractional CIOIT strategy, vendor and budget management
from $2,000/month
Fractional CISOA named security lead, policy oversight, insurance-questionnaire answers — see the tiers
from $1,500/month
CMMC and defense-contract complianceQuoted after a scoping conversation, never sight-unseen. Be wary of anyone who prices it from a phone call.
Quoted after scoping
What’s never on your bill
No dispatch fees, diagnostic fees, trip charges, or “administrative” line items.
No work outside the written scope — changes happen through a change order you approve first, with its own price.
You own everything from day one: your accounts, your licenses, your code, your data. Leaving us is designed to be easy — that's why clients don't.
Why an hour of IT work costs what it costs
You’re not paying for one person’s time. The rate carries the professional monitoring and security tooling on every covered machine, the insurance and business infrastructure behind the work, the documentation nobody bills you for reading, and the training that keeps advice current. We’d rather show you the price than hide those costs inside surprise fees — which is how this industry usually does it.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you publish prices when other IT companies don't?
Because "call us for a quote" mostly means "the price depends on you." Published prices keep us honest and save you a sales meeting. If our number doesn't fit your budget, you find out in two minutes on this page instead of two weeks into a pitch.
What does "starts at $750/month" mean?
It's our minimum for managed IT. Below about six people, per-user pricing stops covering the fixed work every client needs — onboarding, monthly reporting, being genuinely on the hook for your systems. A very small office can still hit the mark with the Advisory-Managed tier or by bundling a project. And if your need is one specific problem, ask — we quote small, fixed-scope work for the right fit.
Will my price change after I sign?
Your agreement locks your rate, with an annual review written into it — no mid-year surprises. This page shows current list prices and carries the date below; when prices change for new clients, the page changes.
Why is there no hourly rate on this page?
Because almost everything we do is a fixed price against a written scope — you should know the cost of the outcome, not the meter rate. Hourly billing pays the slowest worker the most. Where a small, bounded task genuinely fits, we quote it as a fixed block, in writing, same as everything else.
Is the $69 tier real IT support?
It's real monitoring and maintenance — patches applied, backups verified, alerts watched — but it does not include a helpdesk. If your people need somewhere to send problems, that's Standard. We'd rather tell you that here than surprise you with it later.
Prices current as of August 2026 and reviewed annually. Final pricing is confirmed in a written scope or agreement before any work begins.
