Document Digitization & Paperless Workflows
Starts at $2,000
Get the business out of the filing cabinet
We turn paper processes — job travelers, work orders, inspection forms, wet-signature approvals — into digital workflows: information captured once, findable in seconds, backed up nightly. We pilot on your real work in parallel with the paper before anything is switched off, and your crew signs off before the old forms disappear.
Why not just buy a scanner and an app?
Scanning the cabinet gives you digital paper — still untracked, still re-typed. The win is digitizing the flow: the form born digital, the status updated by a scan, the data landing in your accounting system once. We redesign the route, not just the paper. (And if all you truly need is a scanner and an app, the assessment report will say that, with the model number.)
Will the crew actually use it?
That’s the make-or-break, so it’s designed in: the people who touch the process validate the design before anything is built, the pilot runs alongside the old paper on 10–20 real jobs, and the most skeptical person on the floor runs the pilot station. The paper dies on a scheduled date only after the doers sign off — never by surprise memo.

Frequently asked questions
What about the twenty years of files already in the cabinet?
Back-file conversion is scoped separately and honestly — often only the active files are worth converting, and we'll price a referral against doing it in-house so you can choose.
Are e-signatures legally valid?
For most business documents, yes. For notarized or specially regulated documents, we flag it and your attorney confirms — we don't practice law.
Our documents include controlled defense drawings.
Then sequencing matters: controlled files don't move into any new tool until your compliance boundary clears it. We run both tracks together, in the right order.
