ONEBODY INNOVATION

IT Modernization & Systems Integration

Scoped per package

Modernize the systems your business stands on

We map every system your business runs on — including the server nobody dares reboot — then deliver a modernization roadmap in plain English: what to retire, what to replace, what to connect, in what order, at what cost. Executed one work package at a time, each with a tested backup and a rollback plan before anything is touched.

What does "one safe step at a time" mean?

No big-bang migration weekends. Each package is at most a few weeks, priced individually, with the old system kept intact until the new one proves itself. You can stop after any package and be better off than before it — we’d rather earn the next package than lock you into it.

How do you decide what we should buy?

From your inventory and constraints, not our favorite vendors: options scored in writing, rejected options logged with reasons, and at least one “retire or consolidate” recommendation in every roadmap — modernization that only ever adds systems is a sales pitch, not architecture. You own every account and license from day one.

Frequently asked questions

Our "IT guy" retired and nobody knows the passwords.

More common than you'd think, and recoverable. The inventory phase includes an admin-access and credentials sweep, documented into a runbook so this never happens to you twice.

Can you work with our existing IT provider?

Yes — we plan and they execute, or we execute alongside them. The roadmap is written so any competent provider can run it.

The machine can't be upgraded — the vendor requires Windows 7.

Then we don't pretend otherwise: we isolate it from the network properly, document the constraint and its risk, and modernize around it.
