Process Automation & Custom Software

Starts at $4,000

Stop typing the same data twice

We automate the handoffs that waste your payroll: orders re-typed from email into the ERP, spreadsheets that secretly run the company, reports assembled by hand every Friday. Off-the-shelf connections where they exist, small custom tools where they don't — always the cheapest thing that solves it, in writing, before we build.

Why "buy before build" is our first rule

A $30/month connector that covers your need beats custom software every time — custom code is a long-term liability someone has to maintain, and we’d rather earn your next project than your regret. Our blueprint deliverable scores buy vs. configure vs. build with three-year costs, and you can take it to any developer. (You won’t need to. But you could — that’s the point.)

What about the spreadsheet Sandra built?

Sandra’s spreadsheet is usually the most accurate description of how your business actually works — years of rules encoded in columns and color-coding. We treat it as the spec, not the enemy: we mine it, keep Sandra in the loop, and make sure the tool that replaces it can do everything the spreadsheet could. Tools that ignore Sandra get quietly abandoned. Ours don’t.

If the tangle runs deeper than one spreadsheet — five systems that don’t talk — start with IT modernization instead.

Frequently asked questions

What if our software is old or obscure?

If it has exports, an API, or even printable reports, we can usually work with it. If it truly can't connect, that's an IT modernization conversation — we'll say so at the blueprint stage, not after billing you for a workaround.

Who owns the code and accounts?

You do — repos, API keys, and vendor accounts in your name from day one. We hold delegated access and hand back documentation.

What happens when it breaks at 7am?

Every build ships with a runbook, error alerts, and a support path. You can keep us on for monthly support — or run it yourself with the runbook. Either way, 7am has an answer.
