ONEBODY INNOVATION

Starts at $750/mo

Managed IT with the response times in writing

We monitor, patch, and support your machines for a per-user monthly fee — three tiers from $69 to $175 per user, $750/month account minimum — with response times committed in writing and a monthly report showing whether we hit them. The tier is sized by an assessment of what you actually run, not by what we'd like to sell you.

Three tiers, sized by the assessment — not a sales quota

Essentials — $69/user/month.Monitoring, patch management, backup verification. Alerts get responded to; there’s no helpdesk at this tier, and we’ll tell you plainly if that’s the wrong fit.

Standard — $125/user/month.Everything in Essentials, plus helpdesk — email a ticket, get a human — and vendor liaison, so “call the internet company” stops being your job.

Advisory-Managed — $175/user/month.Everything in Standard, plus a security baseline and a quarterly review where we look at what broke, what’s aging, and what to budget for.

Every engagement starts with the assessment. It inventories what you run, finds what’s fragile, and sizes the tier — which sometimes means recommending the cheaper one. The account minimum is $750/month in any tier mix (about 6 Standard users or 11 Essentials users). If your business is smaller than that, the minimum is the price — and if managed IT isn’t worth $750/month to you yet, the assessment report says what to do instead.

What “response time” means here — with the numbers

Standard tier: a critical outage (P1) gets a qualified response within 1 business hour and resolution the same business day; routine requests within 4 business hours, resolved in 3 business days. Advisory-Managed: P1 response in 30 minutes, resolution in 4 business hours. Coverage is Monday–Friday 8–5 Central with 24/7 automated monitoring behind it, and every month you get a report showing our actual times against a 95% attainment target.

Here is the sentence most IT providers won’t put on a public page: we do not sell contractual 24/7 live response. One senior operator with serious tooling covers business hours well and answers critical after-hours calls on a best-effort basis at the Advisory tier (billed at 1.5×). If your operation genuinely requires a contractual 3 a.m. guarantee, we’ll say so in the assessment and point you to a provider built for it — that honesty is cheaper than discovering the gap during an outage.

What's included — and what deliberately isn't

Included: every device on the signed asset inventory, monitored and patched on a verified cycle (critical patches within 72 hours at every tier); helpdesk and vendor liaison per tier; escalation contacts agreed at kickoff in both directions.

Deliberately not included: devices that aren’t on the inventory, personal machines, and after-hours response beyond your tier. The inventory isn’t fine print — it’s how you know exactly what you’re paying to protect, and it’s re-confirmed at every quarterly review rather than quietly drifting.

You own everything, including the exit

Your Microsoft 365 tenancy, your vendor accounts, your documentation — in your name from day one. We hold delegated access, not ownership. If we ever part ways, offboarding is a documented handoff: credentials returned, monitoring agents removed, runbook delivered. A provider that makes leaving painful is charging you for a hostage, not a service — and we’d rather earn the renewal.

Frequently asked questions

What does managed IT actually cost?

$69, $125, or $175 per user per month depending on tier, with a $750/month account minimum in any mix — about 6 Standard users. The assessment sizes the tier before anything is quoted; nothing is priced sight-unseen.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Monitoring runs 24/7 automatically; live response is business hours, Monday–Friday 8–5 Central. Advisory-Managed clients get best-effort after-hours response to critical outages at 1.5× rates. We don't sell a contractual 24/7 guarantee at any tier — if you need one, we'll say so and refer you rather than sign something one operator can't honestly promise.

We already have a computer guy. Why change?

Maybe don't — if he patches on a verified schedule, documents what he does, and commits to response times in writing, keep him. The difference we sell isn't smarter hands; it's the system around them: monitoring that notices before you call, patch cycles that are verified rather than assumed, and a monthly report you can hand to your insurance carrier.

What happens in the first month?

A signed asset inventory, a kickoff call where escalation contacts are exchanged both directions, monitoring deployed to every covered device, the first verified patch cycle, and a baseline report of what we found. You'll know exactly what's covered before the first invoice.

Why is there a $750 minimum?

Because we cap how many clients we take. Every managed account gets the same monitoring, patch discipline, and reporting overhead regardless of size, and the minimum keeps every client an account we can serve properly instead of one of a hundred we can't.

Get the tier sized honestly
